Center-Game set out to build a best-in-class course builder that lets anyone launch a training program in a few clicks—no special expertise required. I joined to design the builder’s interface and visual system.
I interviewed users and observed how they work with similar course builders and popular LMS platforms. This helped me identify the most-used features and design the manager’s end-to-end flow.
Designed a flexible course-creation structure beyond “course → lessons,” which was limiting for instructional designers. The model works like folders on a computer: create a program, add multiple courses, split them into modules and sections, and place lessons inside sections.
I also designed the learner experience to reduce drop-off caused by confusing UI. Students can move through levels and lessons without guidance, track progress, and receive a completion certificate at the end.
I worked in iterations and validated hypotheses through regular usability testing. Before handing each UI block to Center-Game’s developers, I confirmed the solution worked in real user scenarios.
I designed a universal template system for the builder’s standard pages - clean, modern, and suitable for most educational products.
Manager dashboards make it easy to track performance, and a flexible student management system lets admins grant or restrict access to all courses or specific ones.
To automate certificate issuance, I designed a dedicated certificate editor. Course creators upload a background, position text blocks, and the student name, completion date, and course title are filled in automatically.
Designed the LERA builder so managers can launch a course in just a few clicks - typically in about 10 minutes.
The same interface supports both microlearning and full-scale programs, with performance stats available in clear dashboards.
The platform also powers the Red Cross Academy.
